If your new to exercise or training of any kind then it's recommended you seek professional advice firstly a medical from your GP Doctor and secondly learn how to train and exercise properly with a trainer. It will be money well spent having a personal trainer to guide encourage and teach you.
The exercise and training industry is so versatile that you will take some time to make the right decisions that suit you. Dependant upon your age you could join a team playing soccer, Rugby or volleyball, you could also join an individual sport suck as tennis badmington or squash.
You could join a gym and excercise by yourself or with a friend. Some gym's offer classes that you can attend, like Boxaerobics or Zumba.
